YOUR QUESTIONS
You Ask. I Gladly Answer.
Are you looking for just the right yoga class to answer your needs? Still not sure which class is best for you? These FAQs can help. If you have additional questions, I am here to answer.

I'M AN ABSOLUTE BEGINNER AND WORRY ABOUT THE BREATHING
Most people worry about breathing to a rhythm or pace that is slower than they are used to, this comes with practice, just remember to breathe, it comes with time! Also, many people say they are too stiff to practice yoga, stiff bodies naturally resist range of movement that could be uncomfortable, we each work at our own pace and then learn how the body can subtly release and be more comfortable within our skin.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO A CLASS?
Please wear comfortable layers of clothing you can easily move in, also many people like a blanket to wrap over themselves when relaxing at the end of the session, and a bottle of water.
WHEN SHOULD I EAT BEFORE A CLASS?
When it comes to food and digestion, each individual is different and needs to find out what works for them. In general I do not recommend a eating a large meal within 2 hours of a class - if you must eat within 2 hours of a class then a light meal or snack that it easily digested is best. It's recommended to be hydrated before a class so drink some water.
I HAVE A LONG TERM INJURY
There is a health questionnaire to fill in before joining any class, this prepares me to instruct any modifications for anybody’s health needs, if there are any new weekly niggles or injuries please inform me before that class.
